Gochisousama?

Gouchisousama literally means “thank you for the food” in Japanese.

I’ve always felt strongly about the need to feel not just passionate but grateful for the food served before me. And I do sincerely believe that this is the attitude that everybody should have; thank the people who make the food and the people who make possible the making of the food: farmers, picklers, butchers, grocers and even the roundsman.
